Meet the new Concord.app!
We have exciting news to share – Concord is evolving! In our pursuit to streamline your experience, we’re thrilled to announce that starting December 6th, 2023, Concord will have a brand-new home on the web: Concord.app.
This migration will happen in two phases, and shouldn’t have any impact on your everyday use.
Phase 1: December 2023 – Commercial website and sales/support emails
- What’s changing: Concord’s commercial website, along with emails from marketing, sales and support, will move to Concord.app. Our support email is getting an update, too. Feel free to reach out to us at support@concord.app for any assistance or questions.
- What stays the same: The platform remains on secure.concordnow.com, and platform-generated emails (invitations and notifications) will remain the same.
- What you need to do: Nothing! Your bookmarks, integrations, and configurations will all still work, thanks to automatic redirection.
Phase 2: Mid-2024 – Platform and notification emails
In mid-2024, we will migrate the platform itself, and its notifications, to the new URL.
Redirects will be in place to ensure a smooth transition.
- For 99 percent of users, this change will be totally effortless.
- Some minor updates might be needed for specific integrations or advanced features, to ensure they work properly long-term. Our teams will be in touch to assist impacted users.
Why are we making this change?
Concord is growing and preparing for the future. This change is part of new phase for Concord, setting the stage for even more exciting upgrades in 2024:
- New AI features, including automated clause extraction, plus an AI assistant for drafting and reviewing.
- Enhanced functionality in the inbox, reports, search and document editing.
- Native integrations with platforms like Hubspot, Google Docs and Microsoft 365.
In short, this upgrade is one more way we’re working to give you a more streamlined, effortless experience – from drafting to collaboration to e-signing, and beyond.
