Is the storage truly unlimited?
Yes, Concord provides unlimited storage space for documents and attachments. You can upload contracts one by one or in bulk.
Can i restrict document accesses?
Yes, it can be restricted at the folder level, and for enterprise customers, also at the subsidiary level. Admins must delegate access to folders and users must be invited to subsidiaries in order for them to see any documents. At the document level, you can invite internal and external users as viewers and limited or full editors.
Can I search through my stored documents?
Yes, you can search for documents by their title, description, third parties, and content. Concord also uses OCR search which lets you find text even in images. You can also narrow down your results by using filters.
How is the repository organized?
Your repository is structured in shared and personal folders. Within the folders, you can arrange documents by filters including tags, contract status, and more. Folders are used for broad repository organization, whereas tags are used to add more specific information.
Can I share documents with third parties?
Third parties can be given access to documents that are in the negotiation stage. After signing a contract, they receive their own unique link which takes them to their own pdf copy of the document.
How long are the documents stored?
Your documents are stored on Concord for as long as you have a subscription with us. You can archive or delete them at any time.
How can I import documents to the repository?
Uploading your documents to Concord is very easy. Use the bulk upload feature to import many files at once, or click on “store & track” on the main dashboard to upload contracts one by one.
What if I want to leave Concord?
Your documents can be downloaded at any time you need along with their metadata. You can do so by yourself, or ask for a full export by Concord. You can also synchronize your Concord account with Dropbox, Box, or Google Drive to have your data backed up at all times.
