When a contract is finalized today, it’s no longer filed and stored simply in a repository, but added to a platform that provides continuous access and powerful tracking, or as the VP of Legal referred to it, “a one-stop shop.” Tagging has been extremely helpful for improving the search functionality so that finding a contract takes seconds, not an entire day. The platform now allows the team to move faster throughout a contract’s whole lifecycle.
