Concord is excited to announce a new partnership with HubSpot! Our HubSpot integration is now featured in the HubSpot App Partner Program.

That means Concord now appears as an integration in HubSpot’s App Marketplace, and will be officially supported by HubSpot’s internal development team. This is big news for users of both apps, who can connect Concord to HubSpot with just a few clicks, and immediately start creating and tracking agreements straight from their HubSpot deals.

People who use Concord’s native integration with HubSpot already know how easy it is to connect HubSpot’s software to Concord. All it takes is one click on the “Connect” button in Concord’s integration settings to get the two apps sharing data seamlessly.

But now, HubSpot is making it easier than ever for their own customers to discover Concord. HubSpot’s App Marketplace now lists Concord as a featured app partner. That means Concord will show up in HubSpot’s shortlist of contract management tools, and HubSpot representatives will recommend Concord to their own customers. HubSpot even offers developer support for Concord, as a featured app partner.

How do HubSpot and Concord work together?

When you connect Concord to your HubSpot account, you’re unlocking seamless connectivity between the two platforms.

Create contracts straight from your HubSpot deals.

With Concord’s HubSpot integration, you can generate documents from Concord templates within a HubSpot deal. Just click “Create Document,” and you’ll be taken directly over to Concord, where you can drag and drop more than 500 different HubSpot fields – including your own custom fields – into your contracts from Concord’s “Fields” panel.

When you’re managing a deal in HubSpot, you’ll see all contracts in Concord that are associated with that deal. Each time you add a contract to the deal, it’ll automatically appear in the deal’s contract list in HubSpot, so all agreements connected to the deal stay in one place. You can also track the status of the contract directly from HubSpot, and see the date when the contract was fully signed.

Share agreements with HubSpot contacts.

It’s easy to share documents with viewers and signers, both internally and externally. Concord automatically pulls in the list of all contacts associated with the deal in HubSpot. Just type in a contact’s email, assign them access as an Editor, Limited Editor, or Viewer, and click “Send.” They’ll receive an invite to join the document.Changes in Concord sync back to HubSpot.

Any info you type into an empty field in Concord will automatically populate back to the corresponding field in HubSpot. This keeps your deals consistent across both platforms, and saves you the time and effort of entering data manually.
